Our Curriculum

At Chelsfield Primary School, we want our children to expereince a broad, enriching and relevant curriculum that prepares them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of adult life .

This involves learning about our own locality and its history as well as developing an understanding of other UK and global communitites which are characterised by a diversity of ethnicity, religious beleif, culture and custom.

Our curriculum is built around our three values of kindness, unity and ambition. It is also carefully planned to allow children to explore aspects of diveristy, growth mindset and sustainability, our three curriculum drivers. 

Each term children are posed a question that they will explore, debate and answer throughout their topic- these topics are our 'Vehicles for Learning'.
